Cases in Hampshire County occur in one of three courthouses, Northampton, Belchertown,or Hadley (which handles Juvenile Deliquency cases) In Franklin County, the main courthouse is in Greenfield and there is also a District Court in Orange. Hampden County has courts in Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Palmer and Westfield. Over the past 16 years, we have tried cases in each courthouse . As long time residents of the area, we know the people, the language, and the culture of the region as well as the judges, clerk magistrates, court officers and probation officers. We use that knowledge to your advantage whenever possible.
