Cases in Hampshire County occur in one of three courthouses, Northampton, Belchertown,or Hadley (which handles Juvenile Deliquency cases) In Franklin County, the main courthouse is in Greenfield and there is also a District Court in Orange. Hampden County has courts in Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Palmer and Westfield. Over the past 15 years, we have tried cases before judges who have served in every one. As long time residents of the area, we know the people, language, and culture of the region as well as the judges, clerk magistrates, court officers and probation officers in each courthouse. We use that knowledge to our advantage whenever possible.
