Heather joined the firm in May of 2006. Her duties include answering the telephone, greeting clients, scheduling Attorney Cleary's appointments, and assisting Attorney Cleary with client matters. She also does all the Personal Injury Protection claims processing and helps Attorney Cleary with trial preparation.

Joanne has been with the firm since 2004, when she gave up her career as a dental hygienist to serve as our office administrator. Her duties include: invoicing and accounts receivable; accounts payable; and other administrative matters.
